Soap Lady & More ships all orders from Türkiye. Each order is carefully packed by hand and sent with care.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and cleared. Processing may take longer during busy periods, holidays, or product launches.
2. Shipping From Türkiye
All orders are shipped from Türkiye via PTT Cargo. Delivery times vary depending on destination country, local postal service, customs processing, and carrier delays. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
3. Order Limit — Maximum 18 Bars Per Order
To protect our customers from unexpected customs fees on international shipments, all orders are limited to a maximum of 18 bars of soap per order.
This limit is in place because orders exceeding a certain value or quantity threshold may be subject to customs duties and import taxes in the destination country, which can add significant unexpected costs for the customer.

4. Shipping Rates
All prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TRY). Shipping rates are based on the number of soap bars ordered:
1 bar: ₺300
2–3 bars: ₺700
4–6 bars: ₺1,000
7–9 bars: ₺1,300
10–12 bars: ₺1,550
13–15 bars: ₺1,600
16–18 bars: ₺1,800
Final parcel weight includes the soap bars, product wrapping, protective packaging, and outer shipping box.
5. International Shipping & Customs
We welcome international orders. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees applied by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Soap Lady & More and are not included in our prices.
Please check whether products can be imported into your country before placing an order.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect address information. Additional shipping fees may apply if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address.
7. Tracking
Tracking details are provided after dispatch via WhatsApp. Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the destination country and local carrier.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels
If your order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost, please contact us:
