Thank you for shopping with Soap Lady & More / Soap Lady Ölüdeniz. We want you to be happy with your order, and we take care to prepare and pack every parcel carefully.

Please read this policy before placing an order.

1. Contact Us First

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us before sending anything back.

- Your order number
- Your name
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label where relevant

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Where the issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following:
- A replacement
- An exchange
- A refund
- Another fair solution depending on the situation

Photos help us review and resolve the issue more quickly.

3. Returns for Unwanted Items

Where required by applicable law, customers may have the right to cancel or withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To request a return, you must contact us before sending anything back.

Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In their original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Returned with any labels, seals, or protective packaging intact

Because our soaps are personal care and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, unsealed, or handled items unless they are faulty or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened soaps
- Used soaps
- Products with broken seals or removed protective packaging
- Products that have been handled in a way that makes resale unsuitable
- Gift cards, if offered
- Custom, personalized, or special-order items, unless faulty

5. Return Shipping

Unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by applicable law.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment provider to complete the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is opened, used, damaged after delivery, missing parts, not in original condition, or returned without prior approval.

7. Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, we will arrange the replacement item after the returned product has been received and inspected, or sooner where appropriate for damaged or incorrect orders.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative product of similar value.

8. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or non-collection, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

9. Allergies, Skin Sensitivities, and Product Suitability

Our soaps are natural cosmetic products. They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Although many customers share positive experiences, we cannot guarantee that a soap will resolve a skin, hair, or health concern.

Customers are responsible for checking ingredients before purchase and use. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, a skin condition, are pregnant, are buying for a child, or are unsure whether a product is suitable, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use.

If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, stop using the product immediately.

We do not accept returns or refunds for products that were correctly supplied but later found unsuitable due to personal preference, scent preference, allergy, sensitivity, or wrongful purchase, except where required by law.

10. International Orders

For international orders, delivery times may vary due to customs, local postal services, or carrier delays.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Soap Lady & More and are generally non-refundable.
