First of all, can I say what lovely people the Soap Lady herself, mother and aunty are, they cannot do enough for you. Burnt my knees badly, used the Carrot Soap with the help of the Aunty. Left on overnight and the next day no pain, no burning, absolutely amazing!! My husband suffers from psoriasis and used the Thyme Soap. Definitely recommend it, within a couple of days it cleared.
