TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT These Terms and Conditions regulate the relationship between Soap Lady & More, located at Faralya, Kızılcakaya Sokak No: 23/1, 48300 Fethiye/Muğla (hereinafter referred to as the “Facility”), and the user who stays at the facility or makes a reservation via the website (hereinafter referred to as the “Guest”).
2. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
A reservation is confirmed only after the down payment requested by the Facility has been processed.
The Facility reserves the right to change prices and campaign conditions.
3. ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITY RULES
During their stay, the Guest is obliged to comply with general moral rules and local laws.
Causing noise or disturbance that affects other guests within the facility is strictly prohibited.
4. RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER THE TURKISH PENAL CODE (TPC)
Illegal Activities: During the stay, the Guest shall not engage in any activity that constitutes a crime under the TPC (e.g., drug use, membership in illegal organizations, mediating prostitution). In such cases, the Facility is obliged to report to law enforcement.
Damage to Property (TPC Art. 151): If the Guest intentionally damages the facility’s inventory or building, they may be held liable for the crime of “Damaging Property” under the Turkish Penal Code and are obliged to compensate for the damage.
Protection of Personal Data (TPC Art. 135-138): The Facility processes guest information only for legal obligations (Identity Reporting System – KBS) and service performance. Unlawful sharing of data is a crime under the TPC.
5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation requests must be made within the specified period prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.
6. JURISDICTION
In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Fethiye Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction.
