CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY (EN)

1. PARTIES AND SUBJECT These Cancellation and Refund Terms cover the transactions between Soap Lady Ölüdeniz (Soap Lady and More) (hereinafter referred to as the “Facility”) and the “Customer” who makes a reservation via the website.

2. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION CONDITIONS

2.1. For cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date, the full amount paid (excluding bank transaction fees, if any) will be refunded to the Customer.

2.2. For cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the check-in date, 50% of the total accommodation fee will be deducted as a service fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

2.3. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the check-in date or in case of a No-show.

2.4. In case of early departure, the refund for the remaining days is at the discretion of the Facility and is not mandatory.

3. REFUND PROCESSES

3.1. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Credit Card/Wire Transfer) within 14 business days after the written cancellation request (via e-mail) is received.

3.2. The Facility cannot be held responsible for delays caused by banks.

4. FORCE MAJEURE In case of force majeure such as documented health issues, natural disasters, or official restrictions, the Facility reserves the right to postpone the reservation to a later date or issue a full refund.

5. LEGAL NOTICE (AS PER TURKISH PENAL CODE) The use of false identities, invalid credit card declarations, or actions intended to harm the Facility during the reservation process may constitute crimes such as “Qualified Fraud” under the Turkish Penal Code. The Facility reserves the right to take legal action before the judicial authorities in such cases.
